Innocent people get attacked, assaulted.terrorized. Chelsea Handler and Hollywood’s hate filled speech, violence and murder filled TV and movies spewing onto American air ways, TV screens and movie screens.
A woman is lucky to be alive as upscale Baltimore neighborhood terrorized by marauding bands of teens wielding wooden boards. Attacking at least four people.
A vicious group of around 10 to 15 juveniles committed at least four attacks in the South Baltimore area, a city councilman said, police believe the incidents are related.
Chelsea Handler you and Hollywood are the problem the problem with your constant tweets of hate, anti-God, anti-American speech that separates the country.
Chelsea Handler and Hollywood glorifies hate, hate crimes, murder, mass killings and violence.
Colin Kaepernick’s newly-filed Lame Brain legal action accusing the NFL of colluding or conspiring against him is a legal “Hail Mary.” Kaepernick and his lawyers stand little chance of winning because both the law and the facts are against him.
Selected by San Francisco in the 2011 draft, he played for the 49ers to the Super Bowl in the 2012 season and the NFC Championship game the following year. And then, he seemed to implode.
Over the next two years, his throwing arm regressed and his overall skills as a rushing quarterback diminished. Injuries only made matters worse. The team finally gave up on him, and he was benched during the 2015 season. He never recovered. It did not help that Kaepernick was twice fined by the NFL for inappropriate language and behavior. He tended to be selfish and tempestuous.
Kaepernick was never punished by the 49ers or the NFL for sitting or kneeling. He was not starting games or playing much as a back-up quarterback because, quite simply, he was no longer good enough.
Is there some incriminating document or email reflecting NFL of colluding or conspiring against him? Unlikely. It is more likely that teams made individual business based assessments about Kaepernick and concluded that he was not worth signing.
Let us not forget Kaepernick elected to leave the San Francisco 49ers voluntarily, while still under contract.
Few quarterbacks who have inferior skills to Kaepernick’s have found positions as second and third string back ups. Teams invariably make their player decisions based on need, skills, leadership, and the ability to coalesce with other players.
Temperamental quarterbacks who are lacking those qualities often find themselves watching NFL football games at home.
Ames High School has the unfortunate distinction of having one of the most un-American marching bands in the nation.
More than a dozen members of the band linked arms and walked off the football field Friday night during a performance of “The Star-Spangled Banner.” An untold number of other band members refused to play their instruments.
Ames High School marching band must be disbanded for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year. Ames High School Marching Bands actions are offensive, un-patriotic and un-American.
Jones reacting to a bad decision he and his team made
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said any player who disrespects the flag will not play.
Jones’ comments, the strongest made on the anthem controversy, came after he was asked about Vice President Mike Pence leaving the game in Indianapolis early after several San Francisco 49ers players took a knee during the national anthem.
Jones said “I know this, we cannot in the NFL in any way give the implication that we tolerate disrespecting the flag. We know that there is a serious debate in this country about those issues, but there is no question in my mind that the National Football League and the Dallas Cowboys are going to stand up for the flag. So we’re clear.”
It must be noted that Jones and the rest of the team knelt arm-in-arm before the national anthem before a game against the Arizona Cardinals two weeks ago.
Jones said showing respect for the flag and the anthem is more important to him than any potential issues of team unity.
Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross said he changed his view on how his team should handle the national anthem. Ross said because Trump made standing for the national anthem about “patriotism,” he evolved the way he looks at the protest.
Ross now wants all of the Dolphins players to stand for the anthem.
The NFL still doesn’t get it. The NFL has no concept of patriotism or what it means to be an American.
The NFL has said the game operations manual distributed to teams includes a reference to players standing for the anthem, but that it’s a policy and not a rule. The league has said it doesn’t plan to punish players over anthem protests.
Michelle Obama said “People ‘Don’t Trust Politics’ Because Republican Party Is ‘All Men, All White’.”
Dozens of NFL players refused to stand for the national anthem.
Many players took a knee or sat during the anthem, while some entire teams remained in the locker room.
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin attacks Alejandro Villanueva for standing for national anthem.
A former Army Ranger, Villanueva was the only player from the team to break from the coach’s orders and come out of the tunnel to stand for The Star Spangled Banner.
Former Army Ranger, Villanueva said “I don’t know if the most effective way is to sit down during the national anthem with a country that’s providing you freedom, providing you $16 million a year when there are black minorities that are dying in Iraq and Afghanistan for less than $20,000 a year,”
It seems that many NFL players have taken one to many hits to the head and are either ignorant or just stupid.
Those that are as disgusted with the NFL and many of it’s players as I am should boycott the NFL, it’s players and NFL advertisers.
The loss of 150 million fans and game viewers will send a message to the NFL, team owners, players and advertisers disrespecting America, our military men and women, our national anthem, our flag will not be supported or tolerated and is just cause to boycott the NFL, players and advertisers until they publicly apologize to America for their inappropriate and disrespectful actions.
Remember it’s just a game. Beyond their entrainment value the NFL and players serve no useful purpose in society.
Why is common sense so uncommon?
I fully support President Trump’s call to boycott the NFL.
President Trump extended his attack on NFL players who kneel during the national anthem, and suggested fans boycott games as he continued his call for team owners to “fire or suspend” the offender’s.
President Trump said “If NFL fans refuse to go to games until players stop disrespecting our Flag & Country, you will see change take place fast.”
San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York said “Our players have exercised their rights as United States citizens in order to spark conversation and action to address social injustice. We will continue to support them in their peaceful pursuit of positive change in our country and around the world.”
Jed York here is a news flash. As an American citizen I am exercising ‘My’ right to boycott and blacklist the NFL until the NFL owners and it’s members apologize to America and all Americans for their disrespectful actions. Kneeling during the playing of the American national anthem.
I fully agree with President Trump in saying I’d love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, say ‘get that disrespectful coward off the field right now? He’s fired.
