DHS, DOJ And The FBI Must Act Against M-13 Gangs

President Trump last week railed against the transnational MS-13 gang.
President Trump pledged to push Congress for thousands more federal immigration agents, called members of the violent street gang “animals” and heaped praise on police officers.

In his speech, President Trump urged law enforcement officials to be tough on suspected gang members. And in the earlier days of his presidency, Trump created by executive order a task force charged with finding ways to eliminate transnational gangs and criminal organizations.

Department of Homeland Security must act quickly to dismantle and squash MS-13 gangs.

The number one thing that can be done is to establish a rewards system that pays informants $1,000.00 cash for information that leads to the arrest or death of MS-13 gang members.

DOJ, DHS the FBI, ATF, ICE and local police agencies must place finding and arresting MS-13 gang members as a #1 priority in their daily policing activities.

MS-13 gang members must be hunted down, shot in the street as the Mad Dogs they are.

Armed Homeowner holds escaped Georgia inmates at gunpoint until police arrive

A homeowner held two escaped inmates wanted in the killing of two prison guards at gunpoint until authorities arrived and made the arrests.

Tennessee Highway Patrol spokesman Lt. Bill Miller said “the homeowner caught Donnie Rowe and Ricky Dubose trying to steal his vehicle.”
Rowe and Dubose are accused of killing two guards on a prison transfer bus. Authorities had offered a $130,000 reward for information leading to their arrests.

Shame on Gov. Nathan Deal who released a statement, that ignored the fact that it was an armed law abiding citizen that captured the escaped murdering prison inmates. The search had involved law enforcement officers all over Georgia, as well as the FBI, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Gov. Deal said “Rest assured, justice will be served. My sincere thanks to our local, state and federal law enforcement officers who assisted in the manhunt. Because of their tireless efforts, the public is safe.”

Attorney General Jeff Sessions – Lock Criminals Up – Charge Criminals With Most Serious Offense

Attorney General Sessions tells federal prosecutors to charge criminals with the most serious offense that is readily provable. Charge them with the crime that carries the most severe sentence including a mandatory minimum sentence.

AG Sessions memo to prosecutors reverses the Obama policy of looking the other way at serious crimes and, where a criminal was arrested for multiple crimes, charging him with one of the lesser ones in order to lock him up for a shorter sentence, or not lock him up at all. The memo also restores the law to the way Congress wrote it in the first place.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is fulfilling the government’s primary responsibility to protect American citizens from harm, and provide them with a safe environment.

The policies Sessions is re-instituting were enacted by Congress in the mid-1980s when violent crime rates were going through the roof and crack cocaine dealers ruled the streets of many American cities. Those laws were designed to lock up armed drug traffickers and violent criminals. The good news is, they worked. Over the next two decades crime went down, and by 2014 violent crime rates had been cut in half.

Jeff Sessions said in one of his first memos to officials working for him after becoming the Attorney General, the Justice Department’s mission is “to ensure public safety, to provide federal leadership in preventing and controlling crime, and to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans.”

If, in the nation’s largest city, you can buy two 16-ounce sodas, but not one 24-ounce soda, because 24-ounces of a sugary drink might make you fat — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If an 80-year-old woman who is confined to a wheelchair or a three-year-old girl can be strip-searched by the TSA at the airport, but a woman in a burka or a hijab is only subject to having her neck and head searched — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If your government believes that the best way to eradicate trillions of dollars of debt is to spend trillions more — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If a seven-year-old boy can be thrown out of school for saying his teacher is “cute” but hosting a sexual exploration or diversity class in grade school is perfectly acceptable — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If hard work and success are met with higher taxes and more government regulation and intrusion while not working is rewarded with Food Stamps, WIC checks, Medicaid benefits, subsidized housing, and free cell phones — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If you pay your mortgage faithfully, denying yourself the newest big-screen TV, while your neighbor buys iPhones, time shares, a wall-sized do-it-all plasma screen TV and new cars, and the government forgives his debt when he defaults on his mortgage — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If being stripped of your Constitutional right to defend yourself makes you more “safe” according to the government — you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.
