McCain condemns isolationist politics

McCain condemns isolationist politics, calls it ‘unpatriotic’

McCain said “To abandon the ideals we have advanced around the globe, to refuse the obligations of international leadership for the sake of some half-baked, spurious nationalism cooked up by people who would rather find scapegoats than solve problems is unpatriotic.

Here is a personal message for John McCain.
I served two tours in Vietnam.
I am offended by you attack on my patriotism. Putting America first, enforcing America’s immigration laws, securing America’s borders, protecting American citizens from enemies foreign and domestic does not make my ideas and opinions ‘half-baked, spurious nationalism’ nor do they make me unpatriotic.

Mr. McCain engage your brain before operating your mouth, get a backbone, stop lining your pockets with ‘special’ interest money and do what is right, what is in America and American citizens best interest.

Special Kind Of Stupid … Washington D.C. Is Infested With Stupidity

Democrat and Congressional Black Caucus member Shelia Jackson (D-TX) claimed that the city she represents and lives in, Houston, Texas is 50 feet below sea level.

Jackson in her interview used the race card and made the claim that Harvey was a racist storm and the neighborhoods hit hardest were African-American communities.

The Truth is Houston sets 15 to 60 feet above sea level.

Democrats like Jackson are not in short supply as many of her colleagues make the same nonsensical arguments constantly.
Nanci Pelosi calling Trump the wrong name, she called him Bush several times.
Debbie Wasserman-Schultz complaining that investigations into her employees are racist, these Democrats will say some truly ridiculous things.

Brenda Snipes, an Elections Supervisor who revealed that both noncitizens and felons have voted illegally in Broward County. Her County’s problems included voters registration lists with dead voters, duplicate registrations, felons, and even commercial addresses listed as residential addresses.

Stupid In America

California reported cases where eclipse viewers sought medical treatment because they put sunscreen on their eyeballs to view last week’s solar eclipse.

Trish Patterson, a nurse at Prestige Urgent Care in Redding, Calif., said “had patients presenting at their clinic that put sunscreen on their eyeball, and presented that they were having pain and they were referred to an ophthalmologist.”

Doctors in Virginia have reported patients complaining of applying sunscreen to their eyes. A nurse said that it only takes seconds of staring at directly at the sun to cause lasting damage to the retina.

Affordable Care Act(Obamacare) Not In Iowa

Iowa’s only ObamaCare insurer is looking for a 57 percent rate increase, that’s 13 percent more than they asked for just two months earlier.

Iowa’s Medica sent a letter to its customers explaining it was seeking a 43.5 percent rate hike, affecting about 14,000 Iowans. The company spelled out the steep premium increases but offered customers assurances that federal subsidies would shield most them from forking over thousands more a year.

Since then, however, Medica has revised the proposed hike to 57 percent, citing uncertainties over federal health care (tax payer paid) subsidies.

Medica is hardly the only insurer seeking a big rate hike; many are looking for double-digit increases next year.

Several big-name insurers like Humana, UnitedHealth Group and Anthem have bolted from some states altogether, while others like Medica are trying to protect their profits by passing on the cost to their customers and taxpayers who cover premium subsidies.

In states where big insurers are staying – like Idaho, West Virginia, South Carolina and Wyoming – some companies are looking to hike premiums by 30 percent or more for ObamaCare plans in 2018.

Swamp Snakes In The White House

Mega Leaks President Trump’s administration, the White House is infested with D.C. Swamp Snakes. Some are left overs from Obama’s administration and some have followed the President in to the White House.

Transcripts of two heated phone calls President Trump held with foreign leaders have leaked into the news media headlines.

The Washington Post reported, based on those leaked documents, that Trump pressured Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto on Jan. 27 to stop publicly saying his government would not pay for a border wall. The report also aired new details over the president’s infamously tense phone call the next day with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.

Both phone calls were widely reported in February, in one of the first major leaks out of the Trump administration. The Washington Post claimed to have obtained the full transcripts, which reportedly were “produced by White House staff” and based on records kept by White House note-takers.

A report written by Republicans on the Senate’s homeland security panel warned that the Trump administration faced an “alarming” amount of media leaks that posed a potential threat to national security. The report titled “State Secrets: How and Avalanche of Media Leaks is Harming National Security,” estimated the Trump administration has had about one leak per day.

Essential Oils A Health Hazard?

Woman with third-degree burns warns against using essential oils. Depending on the type, the oils are thought to reduce stress, improve mood, and increase concentration, among other touted benefits.

One woman saw a dramatically different effect after oiling up during a hot yoga class, she got third-degree chemical burns. Irritation where I applied the oil. Initially I thought it was a reaction to a new laundry detergent, she writes. “Well over the next couple of days, I developed nasty blisters due to a chemical burn.”

Senate Democrats threaten government shutdown

Senate Democrats threaten government shutdown amid Trump budget.

Democrats said they will block any attempts to include President Trump’s proposed border wall or other “far-right” agenda items in the spending package expected to be announced this week. And, they said, they are not opposed to shutting down the government.

Democrats warning letter, written by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and other top Senate Democrats, was addressed to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. It warned against funding the U.S. / Mexico border wall and other “poison pills” that could be hidden in the budget plan such as defunding Planned Parenthood, rolling back environmental regulations and allocating additional funding to the Pentagon.

Tax Payers put Democrats and Republicans on notice.
We the people will demand that any government employee, public servant that refuses to report for work as usual and do his/her duty, to do their job while bureaucrats wrangle and fight out the new budget will be ‘Fired’ and forever be barred from being employed by the federal government.
